Score Sheet Template

1.   Please fill in this template
2.   Save it to your computer with the following naming format: TeamName-Division-Date (eg. Rebels-PremierB-2011Apr24)
3.   Send it as an attachment via email to your Division Coordinator with a copy to wisa@wisany.org.
4.   If you donot have email, then print the form, fill in the information, then fax it.
Score Sheet Rules
All scoresheet MUST be fillout completely and submitted by either by hand, fax or email no later than 8:00pm on Monday, the day after the game.
1. All 11 batsmen MUST be added to the scoresheet providing the First Name and Last Name.
2. The "How Out", "Bowler" and "Total" fields for the batsmen MUST be filled in.
3. The Byes, Leg Byes, Wides and No Balls MUST be recorded.
4. The "Runs at the fall of each wicket and the # of the outgoing batsman" MUST be filled in.
5. The bowlers MUST be added to the scoresheet providing the First Name and Last Name as it appears on your registration list.
6. At the end of each over, record the # of runs per over.
7. Add the wides and no balls to the bowlers.
8. After a bowler has completed his alloted overs, the bowling figures MUST be filled out (Overs, Maidens, Runs, Wickets)
9. The wicket keeper MUST be identified.

Penalties
2 points each will be deducted for the following:
1. Late scoresheet
2. Incomplete scoresheet
3. Incorrect list of players
